My name is Byron Aidonis and I am a fifth generation farmer and certified organic cultivator. Our love of nature led me, my wife and our two little children to live on one of our farms in a green bioclimatic house, independent in terms of irrigation and power. Our goal is to uphold our tradition, the cultivation of olives, and encourage as many people as possible to return to nature and allow it to reward them.

The two rare olive kinds, ritsi and tsotili, the Mediterranean climate, the geographical location, the land composition, the closeness to a Natura area, the combination of sea and mountain offer extra virgin olive oil with a full and distinctive taste, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, which fight conditions like high blood pressure, heart problems, corrosive stress and high cholesterol. Photos and videos about the life and the growth of the tree will also be available. If you wish, you can participate in the gathering of olives, digging, trimming and generally the care of the tree.
